It features a window seat, a gas fireplace for cool mornings, a comfortable sofa and a flat screen TV. The fully equipped eat-in kitchen features hand-painted Majolica tiles and lots of storage space. There is a refrigerator, gas range, microwave and a colorfully cushioned dining area.

Upstairs, the large, sunny bedroom has a queen bed, ensuite bathroom, dressing area, ample clothing storage, plus a built-in corner writing desk.

From the bedroom you walk up to a spectacular, plant-filled private roof terrace with a close-up view of the Parroquia. You will find a table, chairs, umbrella - plus an additional, very private and romantic seating area.
